Leading the culinary team at The 9, Nelly draws inspiration from his passion of traveling and has cultivated a robust background in all culinary cultures. Nelly is a seasoned kitchen professional with more than a decade of fine dining and hospitality experience. Nelly's dishes tell a story, the story of the history behind his world travels. Using an array of tecnhiques and global ingredients, Chef Nelly delivers a best in world class experience. Zaytoon Lebenese Kitchen's Chef David Ina

Inspired by the meals his grandmothers and mother made from scratch, David always gravitated towards making innovative food from fresh ingredients. He grew up working in his father's restaurant and knew at a young age he wanted to have his own place. He recieved a culinary arts degree from Sullivan University as well as a hospitality management degree from The Ohio State University. David loves feeding people and sharing the food of his heritage. At Zaytoon, Davids two passions have joined into one.
